Sharon Hunt

Sharon is an international event rider based in Suffolk.

Hi I'm Sharon!

I am a world class eventer currently competing a group of horses at all levels. I have competed in the Olympics, World Equestrian Games, Burghley and Badminton.

When I’m not riding or training I am busy teaching and running clinics. I have recently been appointed as the U18 coach for the Eastern Region BE Team.

I’m really excited to be on board with the excellent team and product.
I’m looking forward to a good season all round!

Sharon's Stable

Veyga (Boo)

Boo is a 12 year old gelding who is currently competing at 3* level. Next season I am aiming for Tattersalls CCI***, Nations Cups, Belton, Chatsworth and Bramham CIC3*, plus the Intermediate Championships at Gatcombe.

Loughnatousa Venture (Jack)

Jack is a 9 year old gelding who I have produced from BE90 to CIC** level. Next season I plan on doing some Intermediates and CIC**s to gain mileage for him, plus a CCI** in the spring.

Ted is a 5 year old, 16.2hh gelding. I am planning to do some dressage and showjumping over the winter and then to begin his BE career next season.

HSB Harriet

Harriet is a 9 year old mare who started eventing but showed huge talent in showjumping so we went to Hickstead in 2016 and were placed 9th in the Speed Derby. Next year we are planning to do some county shows, 1m40's, and Hickstead Speed Derby 2018.

"The Corn Broom is my favourite product from Red Gorilla. It is perfect for sweeping the yard and keeping it spotless – gone are the days of back-breaking sweeping!"

"The Big Tidee is perfect for skipping out arenas whilst teaching and they don’t take up half the arena surface with it!"

"The Small Shallow is a great product which doubles up well as a bucket to ice feet!"
