If you bought your product/s direct from Red Gorilla

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange your product/s or have a full refund, please contact us on the following options for details on how to do this.

Phone: 01455 848 184. If you contact us by telephone you will need to follow this up with confirmation to us in writing either by email or post.

All products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchasing. If a product is being returned because it is faulty or was damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection to be made, free of charge. Products returned for any other reason will incur a shipping charge.

When contacting us please provide the following information to enable us to process it as quickly as possible:
The name & address the order was sent to
The order no.
Details of the product you would like exchanging or refunding
Reasons for the exchange or refund


If you bought your product/s from another supplier

If you purchased your Red Gorilla product/s from a different supplier either online or at a retail store, you will need to return your item/s to the place from where you purchased it either for an exchange or full refund. Please refer to their own returns policy for more details.
